- The updated computer-use capability can take multiple actions in a turn. Anthropic says the Files API adds automatic expiry, higher rate limits and up to 1 TB of organization storage—features aimed at longer-running, artifact-heavy workflows.
Why it matters
Anthropic is packaging core agent primitives as production infrastructure: software action, reusable expertise and managed files. That can reduce integration work for enterprise teams, while making permissions, audit trails and human oversight more important.
