We may collect contact details, usage data, service communications, and operational telemetry required for delivery and support.

Information is used to deliver requested services, improve reliability, support security controls, and communicate with clients.

If you subscribe to the AI Newsletter, we use your email address and confirmation records to deliver the issues you requested, manage consent, honor unsubscribes, and maintain the suppression records needed to avoid unwanted email. Newsletter delivery is processed through Brevo as our email service provider, and you can unsubscribe from any issue or contact us about removal or other privacy requests.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, including access restrictions, encryption practices, and audit logging.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable by law and contract.

When you submit a question to the public website AI assistant, your message and limited recent conversation context are sent through our website server to OpenAI to generate an answer about public company and product information. Public FAQ history is held in browser memory, continues across website navigation, and clears on reload or when the assistant remounts. This public mode does not use the separate WhatsApp connection's stored profile or session. AI answers may be incorrect. Avoid confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information; use the contact form for an enquiry.

After you allow optional analytics, we record public page paths, selected button or media interactions, product interest, referring website origin and limited campaign labels to understand how visitors use the site. A validated IP address may be included only when a trusted network proxy is configured to supply it. This analytics system does not record form text, passwords, full page URLs or query strings, keystrokes, session recordings or device fingerprints. Access to stored events is restricted to the private administration area.

You can allow or decline optional analytics and change the choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser; the essential site remains usable when you decline. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional tracking. When analytics are allowed, a random first-party visit cookie groups events for up to 30 minutes. Declining stops future collection and clears the analytics visit cookie; it does not itself erase earlier stored events.

When you submit a contact enquiry, we store the contact details, message, selected product and use case, and processing or email-delivery status in the private administration system to respond and follow up. Contact or acknowledgement emails relate to your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Contact storage is separate from optional browsing analytics.

Optional analytics use a 30-day retention window; contact enquiries and their delivery records use a 180-day window. Expired records are excluded from administration views and removed in bounded batches during storage reads and writes, so physical cleanup can follow later activity.
