Tencent announced Hy4 on 4 November. The company says the model adds visual understanding and can operate both command-line and graphical interfaces. It is available through TokenHub, WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy and other Tencent products, with third-party API availability including OpenRouter. Tencent lists standard pricing of about US$0.90 per million input tokens, US$2.70 per million output tokens, and US$0.045 per million cached input tokens.
Hy4 gives builders another deployed option for multimodal analysis and supervised interface work. The practical distinction is that one model can interpret visual material and act across GUI and CLI workflows; Tencent’s published performance results are vendor-reported, so teams should validate them on their own workloads.
